Captain Albert Stevens: His Life and Legacy
A school made documentary exploring the inspiring life of Captain Albert Stevens
“Captain Albert Stevens: His Life and Legacy” is a student centered production, written and researched by 5th grade students, and starring the students and staff of CASS. This film shows what happens when students become historians and storytellers. Through curiosity, teamwork, and perseverance, they uncover the story of a man from Belfast whose life continues to inspire the school and the students who walk its halls today.
The teachers submitted it to the Maine Public Film Series and it was been selected to be shown on Maine Public TV in September for back to school. View it here(opens in new tab)
